Outdoor Track Practice AND Registration will begin on March 18, 2024

CONDITIONING CAMP; March 18th – 29th

Monday-Friday @ 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Regular Practice Days & Time: 

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday @ 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Practice Location:

Varies on practice plan and goals for the week. 

What To Bring: Athletes should bring water and running shoes. Athletes should also wear proper practice wear for outdoor running purposes.  It is important to start practice promptly; please have your athlete at practice 5-10 minutes early to use the restroom, change shoes, or ask the coach any questions.

What to Expect: Each practice will begin with a warm-up run and dynamic stretching. Workouts will consist of skills and drills to improve endurance. Practice ends with cool-down stretches and conditioning. 

Inclement Weather Policy:   We will attempt to post weather cancellations via our BandApp communication tool one hour prior to practice. In the event of inclement weather during practice, we will discontinue practice during heavy rain and/or lightning in the immediate area.
